Once you're ready to order, we'll send you a secure Square invoice for a 50% deposit.
Your deposit allows us to reserve your furniture and place your order with our warehouse. Because each order is placed specifically for you, the deposit is non-refundable once your order has been submitted.
If your furniture is already in stock and you're picking it up yourself, no deposit is required. You may simply pay in full at the time of pickup.
Once your deposit is received, we'll submit your order to our warehouse and keep you updated throughout the process.
Many of our items arrive within a week, although arrival times can vary depending on manufacturer availability.
As soon as we have an estimated arrival date, we'll contact you to schedule your pickup or delivery.
Pickup: By appointment from our storage facility in Kalamazoo.
Delivery: Available throughout Southwest Michigan for an additional delivery fee.
The remaining 50% balance is due before or at the time of pickup or delivery.
